Shipping Policy
Thank you for your purchase from Duke Windsor Fine Art Studio. Each print is a limited edition giclée, carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Limited edition prints are inspected and hand-packaged before shipping.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer standard and express shipping within the United States.
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days after processing
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing
International Shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL Express, FedEx, and DHL eCommerce. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country.
Packaging
All prints are shipped flat in rigid mailers or rolled in protective tubes, depending on size, to ensure they arrive undamaged.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your print arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at duke@dukewindsorstudio.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
